Thank you for being here with me! For over the past 15 years I've been dedicated to practices that I felt drawn to deeply within my soul, with a goal to better understand, uplift and empower myself. In turn, I offer my practical applications as support to others on their own transformative journey.

My story really began when I came face to face with shock. I needed to understand my senstivity, where my most vulnerable places are, to learn and identify proper boundaries. I needed to know precisely how I am here to navigate through this fascinating world, without loosing my sanity...

I have to tell you, I have been feeling wonderful for the last several days. My thoughts aren't 100% negative. It's like my unconscious mind has shifted, and it's allowing hope back in. I feel a bit of happiness - that's huge since my life has been either flat or traumatized for the last five or so years. I cannot explain it.
